We've put together a document to guide you through the process as well; the instructions are for Fall 2024 but are generally the same.
Registration will be open from November 17th to December 1st.
Detailed Information for the Season - PLEASE READ
The process is the same as for the fall season. New teams will be created on TeamSnap for the winter/spring season, but I will leave the fall teams up for now in case we need to reference any information from them. Once you register for the winter/spring season and are rostered on the new team, TeamSnap will show you both the fall and winter/spring teams. On the TeamSnap mobile app, you may "hide" the fall team if you'd like. The new teams will be called "FC Rowing Team Winter/Spring" and "HS Rowing Team Winter/Spring" to prevent confusion with the fall teams.
Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the TeamSnap app on your phone in order to receive all communications from us.
The tuition amounts for the winter/spring season are the same as for fall: $500 for FC rowers and $1,025 for HS rowers.You may pay in full when registering or follow the payment schedule below.
High School Team (Total Tuition - $1,025.00)
- Registration Fee (due by 12/1/24) - $25

Fort Couch Team (Total Tuition - $500.00)

You may pay by credit card through TeamSnap (USC Rowing pays the cc fees) or by check. If paying by check, please:
-Make check payable to Upper St. Clair Rowing Association.
-Write your rower's name on the memo line of your check.
-Mail check to Upper St. Clair Rowing Association, P.O. Box 62072, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
*Total tuition or registration fee must be paid by 12/1/24.
*The last day to withdraw from the winter/spring season with a partial refund is April 1st.
Registration is open until December 1st, and practices begin on December 2nd. Information about winter practices (days/times for FC and HS, types of training, health and wellness opportunities, team "fitness fun" activities) will be sent out separately. We anticipate that HS rowers will practice Monday-Thursday 4:30-6:30 and Friday 4:00-6:00, and that FC rowers will practice Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30, but that is subject to change and will be confirmed closer to the start of the season.

USRowing: Athletes must be members of USRowing, complete the USRowing waiver, be
associated with the USCRA, and if 18 years of age or older, comply with SafeSport. Please ensure
your requirements are current. Read more details here.
Healthy Roster: To participate, health physicals must be completed and documentation submitted
via Healthy Roster. Read the instructions there, it's a fairly manual process. See the USCHS Student Handbook.
Other Policies: Please refer to the USC High School Student-Parent Handbook for guidelines on
what is expected of club team members, coaches, volunteers and families.
Clearances: Requirements and procedures for USCRA volunteers are being updated and may
change for Fall 2024, however, information on required clearances for USCSD volunteers may be
found here.
